House Information

Total seating capacity is 348. There are 324 seats on the orchestra level and 24 seats located in VIP boxes on the mezzanine level. Access to the house is available via stairs located extreme stage left and right. Access to the lobby and rear house entrance is available via a hallway from the stage right wing. The building is set up for wireless internet access. You will be provided with set up instructions upon arrival. This is a smoke-free facility.

Stage Dimensions

The proscenium opening is 38' wide and 22' high. Proscenium height is adjustable using the front border curtain. The depth of the stage floor is 25' from the plaster line to the back wall and there is an additional 4' in front of the plaster line. Both wings are 21' wide and span the full stage depth. Crossover is behind the upstage wall in the scene shop accessible through doorways located stage right and stage left.

Dressing Rooms

Located one level below the stage are four dressing rooms; 2 single rooms seating 1-2 with private restroom access, 2 chorus rooms seating 8-10 each. All dressing rooms provide adequate racks, mirrors, toilets, sinks and shower facilities. There is a Green Room on the same level. Monitor and paging are available in all areas. Wardrobe work area and laundry facilities are on the same level as the dressing rooms and Green Room. Stage access is via stairway located on either side of the stage or elevator located behind the stage on the stage left side of the building.

Orchestra Pit

There is a permanent orchestra pit in front of the stage. The interior dimensions are 33' 6" wide, 9' deep on center line and 6' deep on the ends. The floor of the pit is 7' below the stage floor.

Stage Rigging

There are 23 single purchase line sets. Each set is 54' in length. The grid is 48' above the stage floor.

Soft Goods

1 main curtain traveler, 1 main curtain border, 1 mid-stage traveler, 1 mid-stage border, 2 sets of legs and borders, and 1 cyclorama.

Lighting

The lighting is dimmer per circuit utilizing an ETC Express 48/96 console controlling ETC Sensor 2.4kw dimmers, 192 total circuits through 96 Dual 20A modules. The last 12 circuits are reserved for house lighting. Circuits are located throughout the theatre. All connectors are stage 3-pin. Lighting instrument and equipment inventory is yet to be determined.

Sound

The sound console is located in the control booth. The house mixing board is an Allen & Heath ML3000 24 + 2. House playback is through 2 JBL AM6212/00 and 2 JBL 6212/64 Loudspeakers. Front fill is through 5 JBL UCF2521 compact units. There are also 4 JBL Control 29AV-1 monitor speakers. There is no separate monitor mixing board. The system is powered by 2 Crown CTS1200, 2 Crown CTS 4200 and 1 Crown CTS 2000 amplifiers. Microphone inventory is yet to be determined.

Intercom

Clear Com 2 channel system wired to virtually any location in the building.

Tech Rehearsal

Tech tables are available and may be set up in the center of the orchestra level. Permanent wiring to the tech table location includes power, DMX, intercom and CATV.

Loading

The loading dock area has room for one trailer. The loading door is 12' wide x 14' high. The dock is 3' 6" off the ground. The dock is at stage level. Loading is through the scene shop area and then through a roll up door on the upstage wall. Both doors are the same size.

Labor

This is a non-union house. Local labor is available and performs all required work.
